2. Service Description

APM Pro provides a secure password management platform that allows users to:

• Store and manage passwords securely using AES-256-GCM encryption
• Generate strong, unique passwords
• Share passwords securely with authorized users
• Organize credentials into categories and folders
• Access passwords across multiple devices

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your master password. We strongly recommend:

• Using a unique, strong master password
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA)
• Not sharing your account credentials with others

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Store or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by APM Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you store in the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your encrypted data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APM Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct on the Service
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Technical or security issues

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before account termination.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending email notifications for significant changes

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
